The set comes with a Low Profile Footboard and Double Bed Conversion Rails to use together with the Urban Convertible Crib. The conversion rails help you transform into a standard Double Bed used with a 54″ Mattress and Bunky Board or Box Spring. Low-profile Footboard, transform your Convertible Crib into a Double Bed. When converted to a full bed, the crib footboard may be a bit too tall, especially for smaller rooms. The Low-Profile Footboard is an excellent answer to open up the space and allow bed access from all sides.
